Hallie Bram Kogelschatz is CEO & President of shark&minnow, a strategy and design consultancy that makes the complex simple. Core offerings include research and insights, strategic/campaign planning, content marketing, design and communications/outreach. The firm’s past and current customers include B2B and B2C clients in sectors from the arts to education and insurance to transportation. Clients are headquartered across the United States from New York and Washington, D.C. to Chicago and Nashville to San Francisco and Oakland. Prior to shark&minnow being established in 2013, Hallie worked for Boston-based agencies Arnold Worldwide (a Havas Company) and Modernista as well as in corporate communications for Saks Fifth Avenue.

Hallie has led and managed global, domestic, and local strategic communications campaigns for clients such as the Cadillac, Progressive Insurance, Westfield Insurance/Westfield Bank, First National Bank, KeyBank, Milestone Equipment Holdings, Great Lakes Shipping, Great Lakes Seaway Partnership, World Shipping, Port of Cleveland, Stop Handgun Violence, Cleveland Clinic, American Heart Association and Birthing Beautiful Communities.

She attended Emerson College where she earned her BA in Marketing Communications (with an emphasis in Film) and double minor in Advertising/Marketing/Public Relations and Fiction Writing. Her educational background created a foundation for divergent thinking that she draws on to create creative, impact-driven solutions tailored to address each Client’s unique set of needs.
