In the heart of Chagrin Falls, Fortis Sports opened its doors as a destination for young athletes and their families. Offering a curated selection of high-quality gear for every season and sport, Fortis set out to be more than just a retail space—it aimed to become a trusted community hub for sports enthusiasts. Ahead of their 2024 launch, Fortis partnered with shark&minnow to create a powerful and memorable brand experience that would connect both in-store and online.
The Challenge
While the shelves were stocked and the physical location ready, the Fortis team understood that success in today’s marketplace requires more than bricks and mortar. They needed a compelling digital presence that captured the energy of youth sports and the convenience parents demand.
