Quibim is a pioneering health tech company that develops AI-powered tools to unlock the hidden potential of medical imaging data and improve patient outcomes. Founded on years of advanced research in imaging biomarkers, Quibim (short for QUantitative Imaging Biomarkers In Medicine) launched commercially in 2021 and quickly expanded on an international scale. Their platform, delivered through a SaaS model, serves hospitals and life sciences partners by transforming MRI, CT, and PET scans into actionable predictions. With a growing global team, Quibim is now advancing a new generation of predictive imaging biomarker panels to shape the future of precision medicine.

The Challenge

As a European-based medtech company specializing in imaging biomarkers, Quibim faced the challenge of entering the highly competitive U.S. healthcare market. With entrenched competitors and discerning medical professionals, establishing credibility and awareness with physicians, hospital administrators, and investors was essential before pursuing direct sales.

Explainer Video Series:

With a tailored strategy that spoke directly to the expectations of the U.S. healthcare market, Quibim was able to focus its initial launch around a key industry conference: the RSNA Radiology Conference & Annual Meeting in 2023. Quibim employed a pre-, during, and post-conference marketing strategy with the goal to increase brand awareness. Additionally, a series of explainer videos were created to tell the story and share the impact of Quibim’s unique technology. The videos feature members of leadership from the company, interesting analogies to communicate what their technology does and why it is important, and integrates imaging and illustrations to help visualize how the technology works to viewers.

Over the course of about a month, Quibim was able to establish itself as a credible, innovative player in the imaging biomarker field. The brand built strong recognition in professional circles and set the foundation for successful market adoption.
